Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals Class: Start your Jiu-Jitsu journey with our entry-level class! Perfect for beginners, we teach fundamentals in a rotating curriculum, allowing you to join at any time. Learn how to leverage your opponent's movements and break holds, along with basic takedowns, positioning, and self-defense. Develop a strong foundation with our warm and engaging instruction, suitable for all skill levels.

 Held at the end of each week. It's the perfect opportunity to train, share experiences, and strengthen camaraderie with fellow practitioners. This session also allows our instructors to observe your growth and progress in real fighting situations.
